This is to inform you that a me e ting of the Board of Directors of the Compan y will be held on Tuesday, 19[th] January, 2021 , to inter-alia , consider and approve the Un- a udited Financial Results (Standalone and Consol i dated) of the Company for the quarter and ni n e months ending on 31[st] December 2020.
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition o f Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Co m pany’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor a n d Report Trading by Designated Persons”, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity sha r es of the Company shall be closed, from Thursday, 31[st] December, 2020 to Thursday, 21[st] January, 2021 ( both days inclusive ) for the above purpose.
Accordingly, the Designated P e rsons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to trade in the equity shares of th e Company during the above said period of c l osure of trading window.
