IFRS 9 Transition Document

An IFRS 9 transition document (the "document"), for H&T has been published on our website, https://handt.co.uk/about/investor-relations/reports/announcements

The document is designed to assist the reader in understanding the impact on the Company of the adoption of IFRS 9 Financial Instruments, which replaces IAS 39 Financial Instruments: Recognition and Measurement, and is effective from 1 January 2018. The document provides a movement analysis from IAS 39 reported numbers as included in the H&T Annual Report 2017 to IFRS 9 numbers adopted from 1 January 2018, and the movement analysis for the six month period ended 30 June 2017.
