Board Changes - Chief Financial Officer

A reorganisation of management responsibilities has been put in place to meet the future needs and priorities of the business. Richard Withers, who joined the business in February 2018 has tendered his resignation as CFO and will leave the business on 31 May 2021, to pursue a project outside the Group. Tatiana Hagan, Head of Finance will lead the finance team on an interim basis. Tatiana has over 15 years' finance experience at H&T.

Peter McNamara, chairman said: "We thank Richard for his significant contribution to H&T. He leaves the business in robust financial health and we wish him well for the future." A search has begun to appoint a CFO.
