H&T Appoints Chris Gillespie as executive director

H&T Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Gillespie (age 57 years) as an executive director of H&T Group plc.  This appointment is subject to the requisite regulatory approvals.

Gillespie will join H&T in September having previously been managing director for the Consumer Credit Division of Provident Financial plc since August 2017. Prior to that he held senior positions with Madison CF UK Ltd (118118 Money), Amigo Loans Ltd and Albemarle & Bond Holdings plc. Gillespie currently has no shareholding in H&T.  There are no further details to be disclosed under AIM Rules' Schedule Two paragraph (g).
