Surrender of LTIP awards
On 4 May 2022, the Executive Directors and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities set out in the table below ("Executives") surrendered nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Awards"). The Awards were granted in accordance with the Company's 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan on 4 June 2019 and were surrendered irrevocably in return for no consideration.
The value to which the Executives would have been entitled pursuant to the Awards will be provided through an Existing Schemes Award ("ESA") granted to the Executives on 25 February 2021. The ESA is summarised in the Directors' Remuneration Report 2021.
