Report of the Year 2014 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

HSS Hire Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Report of the Year 2014 and accompanying Corporate Responsibility Report.

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on 16 June 2015 at Haberdashers' Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London EC1A 9HQ.

Copies of the Report of the Year 2014 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's corporate website at www.hsshiregroup.com/investor-relations/report-of-the-year-2014/. The Corporate Responsibility Report will be available to view on the Company's corporate website at www.hsshiregroup.com/corporate-responsibility/.

Copies may also be obtained from the Company's registered office at 25 Willow Lane, Mitcham, Surrey, CR4 4TS.

Printed copies of the Report of the Year 2014 together with the Form of Proxy, Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Corporate Responsibility Report have been posted to shareholders today.

A copy of the Report of the Year 2014, the Corporate Responsibility Report, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
