	Under the HSBC Share Plan 2011, awards were made in 2012 to Alan Keir in respect of performance year 2011. A total of 53,466 ordinary shares were allotted to Alan Keir upon the vesting of these awards on 12/03/2014 and are subject to a 6 month retention period. The Trustees of the Plan sold 39,298 shares (including 25,130 to meet the tax liability arising). The interest in the balance of 14,168 shares has been transferred to Alan Keir as beneficial owner. The remainder of the award will vest in one further tranche on 12/03/2015.
