HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') announces that Michel Cordina will be stepping down from the post of Executive Director with effect from 10 December 2024, having completed his six-year tenure on the Board.

The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude towards Mr Cordina for his valuable insight and positive contribution to the Board.

There are no matters concerning Mr Cordina that warrant any disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.

The Bank will announce Mr Cordina's replacement on the Board of Directors at the appropriate time.
