Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva ulica 4 (hereinafter: the Bank) in accordance with Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and pursuant to the Notice on the Share Buyback Program for HPB own shares that began on November 8, 2023, with a duration of 2 (two) years, hereby informs the investment community that it carried out the following purchases of HPB own shares on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) regulated market, as per the Share Buyback Program:

• 20 shares designated HPB have been purchased on October 7, 2025, at a weighted average price of EUR 300.00 per share, representing 0.000988% of the Bank's shareholder equity.

Information about the transaction can be found in the form attached to this notice.

Following the purchases mentioned before, the Bank is holding a total of 20 own shares, representing 0.000988% of the Bank's shareholder equity.

Shareholder equity of the Bank amounts to EUR 161,970,000.00 and is divided into 2,024,625 common shares at face value of EUR 80.00 each.
