Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.lc., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereinafter: the Bank) in accordance with the Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, pursuant to the Notice on the Share Buyback Programme for HPB own shares commencing from January 19, 2022, until the next General Assembly of the Bank in 2022, hereby informs the investment community that it carried out following purchases of HPB own shares on the ZSE regulated market, as per the Share Buyback Programme:

• 60 shares labeled HPB have been purchased on January 26, 2022, at a weighted average price of HRK 785.00 per share, representing 0.002963% of the Bank's shareholder equity.

Information about the transactions can be found in the form attached to this notice.

Following the purchases mentioned before, Bank has a total of 1,136 own shares, representing 0.056109% of the Bank's shareholder equity. Shareholder equity of the Bank amounts to HRK 1,214,775,000.00 and is divided into 2,024,625 common shares at face value of HRK 600.00 each.
