According to articles 455 and 459 of Capital Markets Act, and in line with article 101 of ZSE Rulebook, we would like to notify the investment community that the process of raising HPB's capital has commenced. All the details and elements, as well as deadline until which recapitalization should be carried out, but which should definitely be by the end of 2017, will be determined during the process. We will notify the public about all the new developments and significant changes.
