Pursuant to Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc., Zagreb, Jurišićeva ulica 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), announces the meeting of the Management Board of the Bank and the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Bank to be held on November 7, 2022.

Management Board and Supervisory Board will discuss Unaudited interim financial information for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2022 with the Report on review of interim financial information issued by external auditor, for the purpose of obtaining CNB's prior consent to inclusion of the profit realized in the first half of 2022 in the calculation of common equity Tier-1.
