Pursuant to the previous disclosure of inside information from March 2, 2022 about the acceptance of the binding offer to purchase a 100% ownership stake in Sberbank d.d., Hrvatska poštanska banka p.l.c. (hereinafter: HPB) informs the investment public that the purchase price that HPB is obliged to pay for the purchase of this ownership stake amounts to HRK 71,000,000.00.

HPB will inform the investment public in a timely manner about all future steps.
