In accordance with the article 459 of the Capital Markets Act, Hrvatska Poštanska Banka Plc (hereafter: the HPB) is informing the investment public that on Wednesday, 4th July 2018, in the business premises of the Ministry of Finance, it will, as a Acquirer, conclude and sign with the State Agency for Deposit Insurance and Bank Resolution as a Seller, the Sales Agreement of Jadranska banka plc Šibenik in rehabilitation for the acquisition of all regular shares of Jadranska banka by HPB.

HPB will update the investment public on all further activities.
