Pursuant to the Notice on the disposal of HPB own shares which has been publicly disclosed on February 25, 2022, in line with the Article 473 of the Capital Markets Act, Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), discloses that subsequent to the February 2022 disposal of 1,136 of own shares without voting rights, labeled HPB-R-A, representing 0.056109% of the shareholder's equity, new total number of shares with voting rights equals 2,024,625, representing 100% of the shareholder's equity of the Bank.

Bank's shareholder equity has remained unchanged and amounts to HRK 1,214,775,000.00 and is divided into 2,024,625 of common shares at face value of HRK 600 each, which are being kept in the public depository maintained by the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. under the label HPB-R-A. Each share bears one voting right in the General Assembly of the Bank.
