Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb (hereafter: the Bank) announces that the Croatian national bank issued a prior approval to perform the function of a member of the Bank's Supervisory Board to the members elected by the Bank's General Assembly's Decision on May 9, 2025, to a 4 (four) year term.

According to the above, from August 14, 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Bank will operate in composition of 5 (five) members, as follows:
