• End of rehabilitation procedure in "Sberbank d.d. in rehabilitation" and approval to the appointment of the new Management Board members

Hrvatska poštanska banka p.l.c. ("HPB"), informs the investment public that the Council of the Croatian National Bank ("HNB"), at its session held on April 13, 2022, issued a decision ending the rehabilitation procedure in Sberbank d.d. – u sanaciji at 11:59:59 p.m. on April 13, 2022.

At the same session, HNB Council decided to grant prior approval to the appointments of Mr. Tadija Vrdoljak as CEO, and to Mr. Ognjen Brakus and Mr. Boris Bekavac as members of the Management board in Sberbank d.d. ("the Bank") subsequent to the completed rehabilitation procedure.

In this way, HPB is taking over control over the new member of HPB Group from April 14, 2022 and plans to hold the General Assembly of the Bank as soon as possible, after which the Bank should formally change its name and continue to operate as Nova hrvatska banka d.d.

HPB will inform the investment public on all future steps in due time.
