• Notice on the composition of the Management Board of the Bank

Following the Notice of Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c. (hereinafter: the Bank) dated June 2, 2021, by which it was informed of the Supervisory Board's decision on appointment current members of the Management Board as candidates for the Members of the Management Board for a new term of two years, Marko Badurina as President of the Management Board, and Anto Mihaljević and Ivan Soldo as Members of the Bank's Management Board, we inform the investment public that the Council of the Croatian National Bank, on their meeting held on September 9, 2021, issued a prior approval of the nominated candidates for the Management Board of the Bank, respectively for performance of duties as President and Members of the Management Board of a credit institution, for a two year term.

Accordingly, from September 12, 2021 the Bank's Management Board will consist of three members:

• Marko Badurina, President of the Management Board
• Anto Mihaljević, Member of the Management Board
• Ivan Soldo, Member of the Management Board
