Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc (hereafter: the Bank) informs the investment community that the Croatian national bank issued a prior approval to perform the function of a member of the Bank's Supervisory Board to the members elected by the Bank's General Assembly's Decision on May 10, 2021, to a 4 (four) year term.

As of August 13, 2021, Bank's Supervisory Board consists of three members:
