Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereafter: the Bank), informs the investment public that the Supervisory Board of the Bank at its meeting held on June 2, 2021, decided to appoint current members of the Management Board for a period of two years starting on September 12, 2021, as follows:

• 1. Marko Badurina, for the President of the Board
• 1. Anto Mihaljević, for the Board Member
• 1. Ivan Soldo, for the Board Member,

Decision of the Supervisory Board shall enter into force on the day of obtaining the prior consent of the Croatian National Bank to perform the function of the President and Members of the Management Board of the credit institution.

In accordance with the Credit Institutions Act, by-laws and acts of the Bank, the Supervisory Board of the Bank will send a request to the Croatian National Bank for prior approval for the appointment of the President and Members of the Management Board of the credit institution.

Upon obtaining the decision of the Croatian National Bank, the Bank will promptly inform the investment public.
