• Notice of Changes in the Management Board of the Bank

Following the Notice of Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c. (hereinafter: the Bank) dated August 12th 2019, by which it was informed of the Supervisory Board's decision on appointment of candidates for the members of the Management Board of the Bank, Mr. Marko Badurina as President of the Management Board, and Mr. Anto Mihaljević and Mr. Ivan Soldo as members of the Bank's Management Board, we inform the investment public that the Council of the Croatian National Bank, on their meeting held on August 20th 2019, issued a prior approval of the nominated candidates for the Management Board of the Bank, respectively for performance of duties as president and members of the Management Board of a credit institution, for a two year term.

Accordingly, from September 11th 2019, the Bank's Management Board will consist of three members:

• Marko Badurina, President of the Management Board
• Anto Mihaljević, Member of the Management Board
• Ivan Soldo, Member of the Management Board
