(c) Joseph R. Lucot, 42, has been named Corporate Controller of Alcoa Inc. (“Alcoa”) effective January 1, 2007, and has been elected an Alcoa Vice President. He will succeed Charles D. McLane, Jr., who as previously announced will become Alcoa’s Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2007. A copy of Alcoa’s press release dated November 15, 2006 announcing the election of Mr. Lucot and other officers is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference. Required biographical information for Mr. Lucot is contained in the press release.
