PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR")

The Company announces that conditional share awards granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) to Stuart Livingstone, Trade Director and a PDMR (the "Awards"), have vested. The Company further announces that a number of shares have been sold at a price of 876.00p on Mr Livingstone's behalf to cover taxation and administrative costs arising on the vesting of the Awards. Details of these transactions are set out below:
