ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today.

Trading Information

Following the release of the Trading Update on 30 April 2024, no new information on current trading will be given during the meeting.

Dividend

Subject to shareholder approval at today's AGM, the Company will pay a final dividend for 2023 of 16.2 pence per share, payable on 24 May 2024 to ordinary shareholders named on the register of members as at 6.30pm on 12 April 2024.

An interim dividend of 4.8 pence per ordinary share was paid on 17 November 2023. Therefore, if the resolution to pay the final dividend is passed, the total full-year dividend for the 53 weeks ended 30 December 2023 will be 21.0 pence per ordinary share. 

Half Year Results

The Company will release its 2024 Half Year results on 25 July 2024.
