On 27 May 2025, the Company made notifications under UK MAR, which detailed the number of ordinary shares ("Shares") acquired by PDMRs of the Company pursuant to dividend reinvestment plans ("DRIPs").

On 24 November 2025, the Company discovered an administrator error that led to information relating to the purchase of Shares through a DRIP on behalf of the PDMR below being omitted from reporting.
