2024 Deferred Bonus Arrangements
The Company announces that on 26 March 2025, the following Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") acquired, through the London Stock Exchange, the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Shares") listed in the table below at a price of 749.55 pence per Share under the Company's deferred bonus arrangements.
