BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company has been notified that the PDMRs listed below purchased Partnership Shares through the SIP on 19 April 2024. Under the terms of the SIP, each eligible employee can choose to purchase Partnership Shares from their gross pay as a lump sum or as a monthly contribution. The Company also awards one Matching Share for every three Partnership Shares purchased (on only the first £600 worth of Partnership Shares purchased per tax year). Certain PDMRs listed below were awarded Matching Shares through the SIP.
