BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company has been notified that, following the payment of the Company's interim dividend on 17 November 2023, the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below purchased Dividend Shares through the Howden Joinery Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") and/or ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to dividend reinvestment plans ("DRIPs"):

Under the terms of the SIP, each eligible employee can choose to purchase Partnership Shares from their gross pay as a lump sum or as a monthly contribution. The Company also awarded Matching Shares under the SIP to each of the PDMRs listed below in a ratio of one Matching Share for every three Partnership Shares purchased (on only the first £600 worth of Partnership Shares purchased per tax year).
