The Company has been notified that 973 ordinary shares in the Company were purchased on behalf of Andrew Livingston, Chief Executive Officer, on 15 May 2023.

The transaction was carried out to rectify a third-party error which meant Mr Livingston's dividend reinvestment instruction was not carried out in June 2018. The price paid per share is therefore reflective of the share price at that time.
