Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company has today been notified that Robert Fenwick, a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company, transferred 174,880 ordinary shares of 10 pence each listed against his name to his wife, Elizabeth Fenwick, for nil consideration.  

Following the transaction, Mr Fenwick's total holding of shares in the Company (including shares in his wife's name) is 228,934 ordinary shares (c.0.04% of the issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares).
