The Company has been notified that Elizabeth Fenwick, the wife of Robert Fenwick, a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company, yesterday sold 317,404 ordinary shares in the Company through the London Stock Exchange. The shares were sold at an average price of 424.00p per share.
