The Company has been notified that on 26 May 2016, Mr Clive Cockburn, (a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") within the Company) exercised options awarded under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and subsequently sold shares:
