Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company has been notified today that on 10 June 2015 Elizabeth Fenwick, the wife of Robert Fenwick, a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company, sold 869,383 shares at an average price of 510.76 pence per share.

Following the sale, the total holding of Robert Fenwick (including shares in his wife's name) is 533,147 shares (0.08% of the Company's share capital).
