Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Howden Joinery Group Plc (the "Company") announces that 3 June 2015 the following shares were granted to Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") under the Howden Joinery Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP") as detailed in the table below:

No consideration was paid for the acquisition of the awards.
