The Company was notified today that on 28 May 2015 Jayne Hallett (the wife of David Hallett, a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company) sold 50,000 shares at price of 514.0 pence per share.

Following the sale, the total holding of David Hallett (including shares in his wife's name) is 983,337 shares (0.15)% of the Company's share capital).
