Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company was notified today that on 20 August 2014 Julie French, a person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Company, sold 73,749 shares at a price of 351.3 pence per share.

She also exercised, and subsequently sold, 144 shares in the Company's Share Incentive Plan at a price of 351.1 pence per share.

Following the sale, the total holding of Julie French is 162,377 shares (0.03% of the Company's share capital). The holdings are beneficial holdings of those named.
