Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Release of shares from Co-Investment Plan

The Company has today been notified that following the partial vesting of 2011 Co-Investment Plan (the "Plan") on 7 April 2014, the following share sales took place through the London Stock Exchange on 8 April at 346.1p.

Following the sale, the remaining Plan shares were released and the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) listed below increased their shareholding in the Company.
