The Company has been notified today that Julie French (a person disclosing managerial responsibility within the Company) purchased 33,298 ordinary shares of 10 pence listed against her name at a price of 288.54 pence per share. 

Following the transaction, Ms French's total holding of shares in Howden Joinery Group Plc is 158,158 ordinary shares (c. 0.025% of the issued share capital).
