The following amendments have been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 3 June 2024 at 09.00 under RNS No 4823Q:

As at 31 May 2024:

·    4,079,337 ordinary shares of 10 pence each were held in Treasury; and

·    the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company was 549,512,383, a nd this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA, we would like to notify the foll owing:

The Company's issued capital as at 31 May 2024 consisted of 553,591,720 ordinary shares of 10 pence each of which 4,079,337 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 549,512,383 a nd this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
