Directorate Changes

Further to the announcement made on 28 February, Angus Cockburn today gave notice that he would be resigning from the Board of Howden Joinery Group plc with immediate effect having served over 7 years as a Non-Executive director. The Company would like to thank Angus for his invaluable contribution to the Board during the time he served as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.

As reported on 11 July, Angus will be succeeded as Chairman of the Audit Committee by Richard Pennycook whose appointment to the Board was today confirmed.
