HOWDEN JOINERY GROUP PLC

Annual General Meeting

The Group is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today.  No new information on current trading will be given during the meeting.

Subject to shareholder approval at today's AGM, the Group will be paying a final dividend for 2014 of 6.5 pence per share (2013 final: 4.5 pence per share) on 19 June 2015 (payable to ordinary shareholders on the register on 22 May 2015), giving a total dividend for 2014 of 8.4 pence per share (2013 total: 5.5 pence per share).

The Group will release its 2015 Half Yearly Report on 23 July 2015.
