Grant of Performance Share Awards
Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that the following awards over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company were granted under the the Hostmore plc 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

The awards were granted as Performance Share Awards subject to a two-year Holding Period on 17 November 2021.
The Vesting Date of each Performance Share Award shall be 17 November 2024. The Exercise Period of each Performance Share Award shall expire on 16 November 2031. A two-year Holding Period applies to each of the Performance Share Awards.
The Vesting of each Performance Share Award is subject to Performance Conditions.
The Grant of the Performance Share Awards have been made as outlined and in accordance with the Prospectus published in relation to the Company's admission to the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
