Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions:
Helena Feltham, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that on 8 December 2023 she acquired 59,347 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company (each a "Share") for a price of £0.21500 per Share and on 11 December 2023 she acquired 40,653 Shares for a price of £0.21256 per Share.
Following the purchases, Helena Feltham holds an aggregate of 100,000 Shares.
