Grant of Restricted Share Award

Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that, following the announcement on 6 December 2023 noting a restricted share award to Matthew Bibby on his appointment as permanent Chief Financial Officer, 126,190 shares will be transferred to him by Intertrust Employee Benefit Trustee Limited, the trustee of the Hostmore plc 2021 Employee Benefit Trust, from shares currently held by the Trust.
