Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions:
David Lis, Senior Independent Director, has notified the Company that on 7 December 2022, he acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company (each a "Share") for a price of £0.134506 per Share. Following the purchase, David Lis holds 415,000 Shares.
Stephen Welker, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that on 7 December 2022 he acquired 60,106 Shares for an aggregated price of £0.13221 per Share.
Following the purchase, Stephen Welker holds an aggregate of 4,501,556 Shares, of which 249,374 Shares are held in his own name and 4,252,182 Shares are held by Beechenbook Holdings LLC.
