NOTIFICATION UPDATE ON RESTORATION OF LISTING FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST
Hostmore plc (the "Company") provides the following update in relation to the temporary suspension of the Company's ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange for a day and a half from 07:30 am on 1 May 2024 to midday on 3 May 2024. Effective from midday on 3 May 2024, Hostmore confirms that The Financial Conduct Authority restored the Company's ordinary shares to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange as set out below.
