The Board of Hostmore plc ("Hostmore" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), the hospitality business with brands including 'Fridays', '63rd+1st' and 'Fridays and Go', today announces that independent non-executive director, Louise Stonier, is stepping down with immediate effect to focus on her expanded executive commitments.
Gavin Manson, Non-Executive Chairman commented:
"I would like to thank Louise for her significant contribution as a valuable member of the Hostmore Board. On behalf of the entire Board and the Company, I wish her the very best for the future."
The Board will initiate a formal search for a replacement shortly.
