(the "Company")

Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority, the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin for a block listing of 4 million ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of each of the Financial Conduct Authority and Euronext Dublin and to trading on the Main Market of each of the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin. It is anticipated that the Shares will be admitted on 20 December 2023.

The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued, as and when required, to facilitate the vesting of equity awards held by the Company's directors and employees in accordance with the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (as amended, restated, or replaced from time to time). 

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares of the Company.
