Hostelworld announces that, in light of the changes to audit committee composition set out in the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code and to ensure it continues to comply with best corporate governance, Michael Cawley (Chairman) will be stepping down as a member of the Company's Audit Committee with immediate effect.
