Hornby Plc (the "Company") announces that on 26 September 2014 the following directors were granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 1p each ("Shares").

Richard Ames was granted 845,070 nil-cost options under the Hornby PLC Performance Share Plan that will be exercisable subject to conditions relating to Total Shareholder Return (TSR) performance and Profit Before Tax (PBT) growth.

Nick Stone was granted 253,521 nil-cost options under the Hornby PLC Performance Share Plan that will be exercisable subject to conditions relating to TSR performance and PBT growth. Mr Stone has a direct holding of 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.026% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Hornby Plc (the "Company") announces that on 26 September 2014 it was informed of the following transaction in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

J Ames, a connected person of R Ames (a Director of Hornby Plc), acquired the following shares:

·      10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 71.25 pence per Ordinary Share on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this transaction referred to above, J Ames holds 36,983 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.094% of the issued share capital of the Company.
